Independent shops found lockdowns "really, really hard", but things "should pick up"

Coventry city centre has seen a large decline in shoppers during the pandemic, and independent shops say they've found lockdowns "really, really hard". With restrictions easing, BBC CWR reporter Nishal Chauhan has been speaking to two firms hoping for a better 2022.
