Southampton dancer Kai Widdrington on preparing for the Strictly semi-final

Southampton born dancer Kai Widdrington is gearing up for the Strictly Come Dancing semi-final.

He’s partnered up with TV presenter AJ Odudu and they are determined to make the final.

Kai had a catch up with Alun on BBC Radio Solent whilst he was on his way to training.
