‘It’s special to me’

Manchester-based author Karen Woods has taken part in BBC Radio 5 Live’s Word Matters: Read Out Loud challenge.

The station is asking people to record themselves reading out loud a piece of writing that matters to them.

Karen shared a letter she had written to her late brother.

“It’s special to me,” she said. “I often write things for him.”
