Sound engineer John decided to set up a live stream camera inside his bird box during lockdown in March.

His footage, which follows the lives of a blue tit family, has become a global phenomenon and it has been watched over 40 million times.

He told BBC Radio Leicester’s Ady Dayman how it all began.
