England players should 'disable social media' - Ferdinand

Former England defender Rio Ferdinand says "the best thing you can do as a player is disable all social media apps".

This comes following England's disappointing goalless draw with Scotland at Wembley.

"If you have 99 positive and one negative comment, that can ruin you confidence," said Ferdinand.
