Project 17

Take a listen as BBC journalist Sana Safi introduces Project 17. Episode two takes a closer look at the United Nation's sustainable development goal of Zero Hunger by 2030, with seventeen-year-old Rosa from the Mayan community in Guatemala. Nearly half the children in Guatemala suffer from chronic malnutrition, a number which can rise to 80% in Mayan communities like hers. Rosa herself was malnourished growing up. She takes a look at why this is the case and talks to those trying to change this.
