
Neurodiversity: The Sibling's Perspective
Olivia has a sibling with Autism. For years she felt that she wasn’t allowed to start a dialogue about the sibling perspective of this experience because she had never seen other siblings do this. But over the years, Olivia grew frustrated with the incorrect assumptions made about sibling relationships and the inauthentic presentation of this perspective in films and TV shows.
She knows that everyone’s experience is unique and different, but she hopes that by starting a conversation, society can recognise nuance in people’s own individual experiences.
