The cladding crisis – a freeholder’s view

The cladding crisis that has played out since Grenfell has affected millions of people, many of whom are stuck in unsafe flats and are unable to sell or sublet their property.

Evan visited two leaseholders who are stuck in the same building in South London in that situation.

The freeholders of that block of flats is Hyde Housing, and Evan spoke to their chief property office Neal Ackcral.
