Introduction to Community Foundation for Merseyside

As part of our Make a Difference campaign we're launching a partnership with the Community Foundation for Merseyside.

It's an umbrella organisation that supports ad helps to fund grass roots community groups across the city region.

We'll be hearing from a number of those organisations across BBC Radio Merseyside over the rest of the month.
