Dance On Your Doorstep with BBC Local Radio

To say "thank you" to the thousands of children off school and away from their friends, families across the East of England took part in the first Dance On Your Doorstep event.

The idea of a community nurse, it was championed by BBC Essex and supported by BBC Local Radio stations across much of the UK as part of their Make A Difference campaign during the coronavirus pandemic.

People turned up their radios and danced to a synchronised playing of Justin Timberlake's Can’t Stop The Feeling at 15:00 GMT on Thursday.
