Alan Raw has the best new music from Northern Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire including news of how bands are staying in touch and continuing to write music together even though they're locked down in different towns and cities. Local producer Kaizza B has recorded a special mix for the show, created in his bedroom. There'll be an archive session from Hull band Lumer recorded at the BBC's legendary Maida Vale Studios, and John Kane picks his Northern Soul top three for the week.
