The Road to Sowenna

Stories from the families who campaigned for a dedicated mental health facility for under-18s in Cornwall. After years of sending young people hundreds of miles out of Cornwall for specialist care, the Sowenna Unit at Bodmin was finally opened in September 2019, providing residential care for 13-18 year olds.
