Over-75s who can still get a free TV licence
As the BBC announces plans to end free TV licences for over-75s, many people who can still get them won’t - unless they start claiming Pension Credit. But 600,000 people who are entitled to it don’t claim it. So what can be done about making them aware of their rights and getting them their free licence?
