BBC forecaster Paul Hudson and his guests discuss the weather.

Paul looks at one of the windiest weather stations in our region, and speaks to a man who worked there for over 20 years. He discovers that 20 of the last 22 years have been the warmest on record, and asks what it means for the future. Paul speaks to a scientist from Leeds about why are fruit and veg are getting smaller, and gets a history lesson about Arctic explorer Ernest Shackleton's Ship The Endurance. Plus women in weather, a celebration of female meteorologists.
