Headphone mix of Mahler's 3rd Symphony

The sunniest and most joyful of all the composer’s symphonies, the musical world of Mahler's Third Symphony teems with life, recreating the ‘tumult’ of human existence – from bird calls to marches, dances and songs – in its broad scope. The Boston Symphony Orchestra is joined by the CBSO Chorus and CBSO Youth Chorus, alongside American mezzo-soprano Susan Graham and conductor Andris Nelsons.
