Supreme Court challenge: David Mundell

The Secretary of State for Scotland spoke to Good Morning Scotland about the legal challenge to the Scottish Parliament passing a Brexit continuity bill. He was also asked about his comments on a “no deal” Brexit being better than an independent Scotland, and donations from the Scottish Unionist Association Trust.
