Are drones safe?

Is it simply a matter of time before a drone crashes into a passenger plane? There were 89 accidents between drones and aircraft in the UK in 2017, but it is hoped that new legislation will reduce that number.

Steve Landells, a former pilot and flight safety specialist at the British Airline Pilots Association, discusses the new legislation with Vanessa and concludes: "unless we get this right now we'll struggle in the future."
