Paul Clement: 'We're close to doing a couple of other things'
Reading FC boss Clement says there could be further summer signings in the next two weeks.
Speaking exclusively to BBC Radio Berkshire, Paul Clement says there could be more additions to the squad, to complement the signing of Andy Yiadom.
"We're close to doing a couple of other things, which hopefully we'll know about in the next couple of weeks," Clement told BBC Radio Berkshire's Ady Williams.
"Then maybe towards the end of the window, something in the forward positions."
And Clement recognises that bringing in a striker is a priority during the summer transfer window.
"It's no secret that we need to be better in that position.
"We had five strikers in the first team squad last year, and collectively there weren't enough goals between them.
"I'd rather there be a smaller group of players, but higher in quality."
