Living with autism: How do you cope with unexpected change?
Actor Saskia Lupin has been speaking to families affected by autism, as part of a special report for BBC Radio 5 live.
Saskia, who has autism herself, wanted to find out how other people cope with unexpected change.
She spoke to 12-year-old Alex, who said he can sometimes break down if things don't go his way - for example if something is out of stock in a shop.
