Rely on your training

Over the years Wilton fire station has seen fathers and sons, uncles and nephews but it can now lay claim to its first father and daughter. Jim has 44 years of service and has been Watch Manager for the last 32 years. His youngest daughter Charlotte joined the service in April 2017. Jim surprised Charlotte during her training, he looked on from below as she climed a ladder for the first time.
