Bournemouth house prices soar by 11.7% in 2017

According to research, Bournemouth saw the second biggest rise in housing prices in the UK. The largest was in Cheltenham, which rose by 13% to an average of £313,150. Sasha Twining spoke to Bournemouth estate agent, Justyn Roberts.
