Comedian Dave Spikey is best known for co-writing Phoenix Nights with fellow Lancastrian Peter Kaye. As he began a 30th anniversary UK tour, he spoke to Samira Ahmed about the show, whether cheese and onion pie is funnier than chicken and mushroom - and his lucky underpants.
