Redknapp: Moyes needs winning way, not 'the West Ham way'
Harry Redknapp says new West Ham United manager David Moyes needs to find "a winning way" rather than "the West Ham way" some fans demand.
Former Irons boss Redknapp, 70, told Eleanor Oldroyd that Moyes should use Andy Carroll as a focal point for his attack and win at all costs.
He said: "You have to play to your strengths, and what David Moyes has said is that you have to find a way to win. A winning way. They can't be fussy - they need to win, they need to get out of trouble."
