Howard finds out about a new device developed in Oxfordshire, which can continually monitor blood sugar levels, replacing the need for diabetics to routinely carry out the finger-prick test.

He's joined by Gemma Bridge from Shillingford who's been selected as part of the country's commonwealth games squad and is now preparing for the competition in April.
