Northern Ireland Health Trusts failing to meet performance targets

A BBC study has found that Health Trusts in Northern Ireland are among the worst in the UK in terms of performance. They haven't met a single target in 18 months .The Deputy Chief Executive of the Health and Social Care Board Michael Bloomfield spoke to Karen Patterson
