Banking on Kenya's gluten-free cassava
The root vegetable cassava - similar in looks to a sweet potato - is commonly eaten across Africa and because its flour is naturally gluten-free, it finds its way into a host of "free from" products.
The BBC's Vumani Mkhize meets the young entrepreneurs in Kenya looking to cash in on the crop.
