Tottenham best move for Barkley - Adam

Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam believes Ross Barkley should join Tottenham Hotspur.

The Everton midfielder decided against a move to Chelsea on transfer deadline day despite the two clubs having agreed a fee for the player.

Adam says the Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino would be the best man for Barkley to "fulfil his potential".
