How High Is Your Blood Pressure? Do You Risk Having A Stroke?

It's estimated that more than 26,000 people in Northampton will have undiagnosed raised blood pressure, which increases the risk of suffering a stroke. Blood Pressure UK says that whilst the number of people suffering from strokes has fallen overall, the proportion of younger people between the ages of 30 and 50 having strokes has increased. It says that 9 out of 10 strokes can be prevented and says people should have their blood pressure checked, cut down on salty food and exercise more.
