Police Reviewing Dash-Cam Policy

Northamptonshire Police say they're reviewing how the force deals with "Dash-Cam" footage provided by motorists, showing incidents of poor driving. Officers from Northamptonshire are planning to visit Wales where there's a policy already in place.
