Thai court has passes 21 guilty verdicts in the country's biggest human trafficking trial
A judge in Thailand has announced twenty-one guilty verdicts in the country's biggest human trafficking trial involving more than a hundred defendants. One person was found not guilty. A Thai general and other officials are among those accused of smugglng and trafficking Bangladeshi nationals and Rohingya Muslims - a persecuted minority fleeing Myanmar.
President Trump has dismissed as "fake news", reports of a secret meeting between him and Russia's President Putin at the recent G20 summit. Mr Trump tweeted that it was "sick" to suggest the encounter had a sinister dimension.
