'Arsenal have been eyeing Lacazette for 10 years'
Arsenal have been monitoring the progress of striker Alexandre Lacazette for a decade, according to French football journalist Julien Laurens.
Lacazette, who scored 37 goals in all competitions for Lyon last season, is expected to join Arsenal this summer for a club-record fee this summer.
"They have looked at him so many times, year after year, not always convinced," Laurens explained.
"But this summer finally Arsene Wenger is convinced that this is the right time for him to come to Arsenal, that finally he has matured enough," he added.
