Iraq's PM Celebrates 'Mosul Liberation'
Haider al-Abadi, says the city has been liberated from the Islamic State group
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi visits Mosul to congratulate Iraqi Forces for victory over the group calling itself Islamic State.
