Panama Cuts Ties With Taiwan

Panama has cut long-standing diplomatic ties with Taiwan in favour of China. It's being seen as a major diplomatic victory for Beijing. Also in the programme: Jeff Sessions to testify before Congress; and the Museum of Failed Innovation.
