Arsenal bigger than ‘over-indulged’ Sanchez and Ozil – Keown

Ex-Arsenal defender Martin Keown believes manager Arsene Wenger needs to be ruthless to get back to the top of the domestic game - even if that means letting striker Alexis Sanchez and midfielder Mesut Ozil leave.

It comes after Wenger said he plans to win the Premier League title next season after signing a new two-year deal at Arsenal.

“They were like streetfighters in the FA Cup final and it was disappointing that it didn’t come earlier in the season,” said Keown.
