Tower blocks, a blue plaque & a pupil remembered

David hears reassurances for people living in Oxford’s five tower blocks after the fire in London, it’s BBC Music Day with a blue plaque revealed in Chipping Norton and the school building named after a former pupil killed in car crash 12 years ago.
