Nevin: Terry clearly cut out to be a manager
Former Chelsea winger Pat Nevin says that John Terry has what it takes to become a successful manager.
Nevin was speaking after the 36-year-old announced that he was leaving Stamford Bridge after making 713 Chelsea appearances since his 1998 debut - 578 as captain.
"I have never met another individual who is so clearly cut out to be a manager. No one's a certainty to be a success in that job, but he's as close as you get".
Terry is their most decorated individual, with four Premier League titles, one Champions League, five FA Cups, a Europa League and three League Cups.
