The Royals boss speaks about scoring, then seeing out the win against Reading's play-off rivals.
Reading have moved seven points inside the play-offs with the win, with just seven games remaining this season.
"We played very well," he told BBC Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "Dominaton in possession, but created a couple of very good chances as well.
"Yann Kermorgant scored a terrific goal."
He also highlighted how the win was achieved after a few shifts in personnel .
"Joey van den Berg was injured yesterday in training, otherwise he would have started...we made the decision to start with Liam Kelly when Joey dropped out of training yesterday.
