Jeremy's journey: from female to male

Jeremy Farmer from Swindon is about to conclude his transition to becoming fully male.

He's already undergone three operations over the last 18 months including having a double mastectomy.

BBC Wiltshire's Rhiannon Fitz-Gerald has been to find out how he's feeling ahead of surgery, which sees the start of the process of constructing a penis.
