Northants Chief Constable Pays Tribute To Attack Victims

Simon Edens, the Cheif Constable of Northamptonshire, pays tribute to PC Keith Palmer, who was stabbed to death while tackling the Westminster attacker. The Chief Constable also appealed for the people of Northamptonshire to be vigilant and report anything suspicious to the police.
