Redknapp: Eddie Howe not ready for Arsenal job

Harry Redknapp tells the Friday Football Social that he doesn't think that Eddie Howe is ready for the Arsenal job.

While he thinks the Bournemouth manager is doing a fantastic job at the moment, Redknapp says the step up between Bournemouth and Arsenal is massive and it's a "different game completely".

Redknapp went on to say that he hopes Howe doesn't leave his old club Bournemouth "because when he goes, it's going to be a massive loss".
