Unicef Raises Alarm Over Famine in Four Countries

UN warning over famine in South Sudan, Yemen, Nigeria and Somalia.

The United Nations says almost 1.5m children are at risk of dying of starvation in four countries in Africa and the Middle East. One of the world's biggest banks, HSBC, has reported a large fall in profits last year. New research suggests Gabon has lost about 80% of its population of forest elephants over the past decade.
