Is this the oldest mobile phone used in Britain?
Dave Mitchell claims to have one of the oldest mobile phones in the UK. He bought his Nokia 3310 in 2000 and he says it’s been in great working order ever since. It only needs charging every ten days and still has the original battery.
He told 5 live’s Tony Livesy: “It’s never let me down.”
“I bought this thing almost 17 years ago and I’ve never had to replace it. How many people with a modern phone can say that.”
