Dating and disability, alopecia and 10 pieces of fruit
Nana Akua takes a look at health and fitness across the three counties.
Sarah was 18 when she had a stroke which left her with disabilities. Six years on she wants to settle down and find a partner, but hasn't had much success dating because of her disability. We hear her story. Plus the Hertfordshire woman who has lived with alopecia for almost 40 years. And we'll be asking if eating 10 bits of fruit and veg a day is too much?
