US President Issues Executive Order to Build a Wall

President Donald Trump has said his government will immediately start work on building a wall between the United States and Mexico - fulfilling a main election campaign promise. Addressing the Department of Homeland Security, Mr Trump said the barrier would deter illegal immigration and drug cartels.
