Trump: Building a Wall Will Start Immediately

President Donald Trump has said his government will immediately start work on building a wall between the United States and Mexico - fulfilling a main election campaign promise.

Prosecutors have opened a preliminary investigation into claims that Mrs Penelope Fillon, the wife of one of France's frontrunners in this year's presidential elections, may have had a 'fake job' as parliamentary aid to her husband. The possible charges include embezzlement and misuse of public funds.
