Snow possible as temperatures tumble

Temperatures are set to tumble this afternoon and snow is a real possibility tomorrow, say forecasters.

It'll be cold tonight with a chance of frost, and a temperature of around 4C (39F).

But the picture for Thursday is very different, and the Met Office has issued yellow warnings of snow across the eastern region.
