India Chipchase - 12 Months On, Nothing Has Changed In Northampton

A year after the murder of India Chipchase in Northampton it's understood that no new night-time initiatives have been put in place in the town. 70 miles away in Cheltenham, however, an "India protocol" has been introduced. The Labour opposition group on Northampton Borough Council is calling for a similar scheme to be introduced in Northampton.
