Northants Engineering Companies Could Link Up With China

Stronger links with China could boost the Motorsport and High-Performance Engineering sector in Northamptonshire. It's being pursued by the Senior Economics Lecturer at the University of Northampton, Dr Shaowei He, who has been appointed Ambassador for International Exchange by the his home province of Hunan.
