Philippines Opposition Say President Duterte 'A Killer'

Philippines Senator Leila de Lima is leading efforts to impeach President Rodrigo Duterte after claims he's personally responsible for extrajudicial killings. She tells the BBC that she fears for her safety, but won't leave the Philippines.
