Aleppo Evacuation Delayed By Syrian Government Demands

Syrian authorities want rebels to free pro-governments fighters encircled in nearby towns

The planned evacuation of civilians and rebels from the Syrian city of Aleppo has been delayed, after Syrian authorities have demanded that the rebels allow the simultaneous departure of pro-government fighters who are encircled in nearby towns.

The President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, has said he personally killed drug dealers when he was mayor of Davao, the southern city he ran for two decades.

The US administration says it would like to see, in the near future, a technology which enables cars to communicate with each other and with traffic lights, in a bid to reduce driving errors.
